After placing third in the 3,200-meter run at the Colorado track and field meet on May 17, junior Ella Hagen was named second-team all-state. Hagen also posted impressive results in the 1600-meter state final at the Arcadia Invitational in April. Hagen broke her own school record in the 3,200-meter run at Arcadia with a time of 10 minutes, 6.19 seconds before placing sixth in the girls 1,600 at state.

For her impressive fourth-place finish in the 300-meter hurdles final at the state meet, Summit sophomore Faith Fox was named to the 4A Girls honorable mention all-state team. Fox has steadily improved over the past two years and now holds individual school records in the 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles, as well as the long jump.
