GOAL Digital Academy announces the winners of the annual Art Show & Sale awards

DELWARE — GOAL Digital Academy recently hosted its fifth annual Art Show & Sale at the Delaware Lab location featuring more than 1,500 works of art from more than 250 students.

Jenna Abrams, a 2024 graduate and Marion student, was named the high school’s top artist. Abrams explored new techniques and media such as alcohol markers, watercolors, acrylic paint and clay. Her artwork generated $600 in sales, making her the art show’s bestseller.

The event raised an impressive $2,714, with the majority of the proceeds going directly back to the young artists. In addition to sales, funds were supported by donations, raffles, book sales and staff art to benefit GOAL Digital Academy’s Fine Art programming.

More than 200 staff, students and community visitors from far-reaching GOAL lab locations including Newark and Mansfield are attending the art show.
