Comedian Matt Rife postpones two Indiana shows due to ‘last-minute medical emergency’

Comedian Matt Rife postponed a pair of shows in Indiana on Wednesday night, citing “a last-minute medical emergency.”

Originally scheduled for February, these performers were set to take place at the Indiana University Auditorium in Bloomington, In. Rife took to his Instagram Stories to apologize to fans for the situation.

“I’m very sorry, but due to a last minute medical emergency I have to reschedule our shows tonight (again),” the comic wrote. “I’ve been doing over 40 shows a month for a year and a half and have never had to do anything like this. I’m so sorry, I hope you understand and I love you so much.”

The comedian’s reps could not be reached for comment at the time of writing, but we will update the story in case more context surrounding the emergency emerges.
